      Globe Advent         3

The year is 1585, and in ye olde Elizabethan London, a youthful William Shakespeare is looking for Christmas gift inspiration for his true love. Join us and Eastbury Community School in a jolly ol’ sign-a-long as they perform the Christmas classic, The 12 Days of Christmas, in British Sign Language (BSL).

A huge thank you to the wonderful students and BSL consultant Daryl Jackson for bringing this festive carol to life.

This carol was originally filmed in 2019, as part of our winter family celebration, Christmas at the (Snow) Globe.

This morning at school, we’re learning all about Shakespeare. This afternoon it’s all about his poetry.

Things are going from Bard to verse.
