hakespeare’s Globe is currently seeking a Development Operations Manager to join our Development team.
Working closely with the team, the Development Operations Manager will be responsible for prospect tracking, supporting the stewardship and cultivation cycles of donors on our customer relationship management (CRM) system and delivering stewardship reports. This role supports the department in best practice use of the database to maximise effective and collaborative working and ensure compliance.
This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis and can be worked wholly remotely at the moment (with on-site working available); in the coming months we expect to introduce some on-site days but remain supportive of remote working. The successful candidate will have experience of using a CRM system strategically in a development or marketing department and of managing and reporting stewardship plans of customers, donors or members in a not-for-profit, charity or arts environment. They will be able to demonstrate how they have used their skills to improve performance through systems and processes, while maintaining confidentiality of data. The right person for this role will be able to prioritise, plan, build excellent working relationships and deliver improvements within a fast-paced environment.
