hakespeare’s Globe is currently seeking a Visitor Operations Supervisor to join our Visitor and Audience Operations team.
The Visitor Operations Supervisor works within the team to deliver the highest standards of audience experience in the delivery of site-wide activity. This role administrates and operationally supports the Front of House Volunteer team and works closely with the Visitor Operations Management team to deliver outstanding customer service at performances, tours and activities across the Globe site.
This role is offered as full-time post but we are happy to discuss flexible working options, including part-time, compressed hours and job share arrangements. Due to the nature of the role, it must be worked onsite at Shakespeare’s Globe on London’s Bankside.
The successful candidate will have experience of leading and motivating customer-facing teams and be able to deliver outstanding customer service as part of a holistic approach to audience experience. They will be able to work collaboratively and supportively with their colleagues, acting with integrity, honesty and fairness. The right person for this role will have excellent communication, numeracy and computer skills (MS Office), have a proactive approach to work and be interested in developing skills in themselves and their colleagues.
