Imagine by Compass Collective
Whilst the world is forced to pause or postpone many traditional means of celebration, this year we are marking Refugee Week digitally with the release of Imagine, a short film by Compass Collective in partnership with Migration Matters Festival.
Created in isolation by young people from across the UK, the film combines spoken word, animations, lockdown stories and songs, and invites everyone to celebrate the creativity and contribution of those seeking sanctuary in tumultuous circumstances.
The film will be released for free on our YouTube channel on Saturday 20 June, 7.00pm: Refugee Day.
Migration Matters Festival will host a live Q&A via Zoom with members of Compass Collective that evening. Register your interest to attend the Q&A.
