Charge up your understanding of Othello with the help of a Globe practitioner in this two-hour workshop.
Suitable for students studying A-Level English Literature, this lively and practical workshop is designed to develop analysis and deepen written responses for Othello.
The workshop will focus on providing you with fresh ideas and strategies to answer on Shakespeare’s use of structure and form to create meanings (Assessment Objective 2), how historical context shapes the meaning of Othello (Assessment Objective 3), and making connections across literary texts (Assessment Objective 4). These objectives cover approximately 65% of the marking criteria for the Shakespeare component of the A-Level English Literature exam.
