The Tempest Story Tour (5-12 years) 2020
This event has now passed.
We are happy to welcome families back to our wooden ‘O’ with our new range of family story tours and workshops starting on 25 October and taking place on-site at our home here in London. This The Tempest Story Tour is perfect for ages 5 – 12 and their families.
Travel in your imagination from the banks of the River Thames to a mystery island in our new immersive and immersive Story Tour.
This fantastical tour around the Globe Theatre will be inspired by the strange happenings on Shakespeare’s island where the sorcerer Prospero lives with his daughter Miranda and the mythical beings Ariel and Caliban. The adventure will be led by storyteller Olivia Mace, giving families the chance to experience the beauty of our theatre whilst hearing for yourself how the plays come alive in this unique space.
You are invited to dress to fit in with wizards and sprites.
