Families grow up fast and our Telling Tales workshops and storytelling sessions are designed with that in mind.

For younger children, we offer family adventures through the magic of Shakespeare’s plays. Our interactive storytelling sessions and lively online workshops are the ideal way for the whole household to play and learn together.

For young people aged 12 and over, we have a range of workshops for individuals or siblings to enjoy. They are perfect for teenagers who love drama and/or are studying Shakespeare and offer a fantastic opportunity to explore plays practically online with other young people from around the globe.

AGES 3 – 8 (WORKSHOPS)

Enter worlds of fairies and ghosts, Kings and Queens, magical forests and enchanted islands with our online family workshops.

From puppetry sessions for the youngest children, to interactive Shakespeare workshops for the whole household to enjoy, our Telling Tales Together events are a must for families who enjoy a good yarn!   

AGES 9 – 12 (WORKSHOPS)

Tales of shipwrecks, battles and madcap malevolents abound in our workshops for 9 – 12 year olds.

Fancy being one of Henry V’s band of brothers or donning a disguise with Viola in Twelfth Night? These lively workshops and storytelling sessions are a fantastic way for growing families to have fun and learn together.

AGES 5 – 12 (STORYTELLING)

Shakespeare’s stories are full of wonder and excitement.

From ghostly goings on to comical capers, our storytellers cannot wait to introduce you to the captivating world of Shakespeare’s tales. Storytelling sessions are the perfect way for the whole household to enjoy these famous stories together.

AGES 12 – 18 (WORKSHOPS)

Our workshops for 12 – 18 year olds are designed to give teenagers a chance to see Shakespeare with fresh eyes through immersive practical activities with other young people. 

Interactive and fast-paced, these online sessions are designed for young people to attend independently (or in sibling groups if preferred) and focus on the characters, themes and language in these fabulous, famous plays. Whether you are studying the texts or simply love acting and drama, these workshops are guaranteed to bring Shakespeare to life for you in a new way.
