50 Women In Theatre is a new book which celebrates early female pioneers and legends through to the rule breakers and women in theatre today.
This exclusive launch event features five of the book’s contributors in a lively discussion on how to rebuild a new kind of theatre with cultural equity, diversity, and a level playing field for all.
Panellists include Artistic Director of New Earth Theatre Kumiko Mendl and Creative Director and CEO of Leeds 2023, Kully Thiarai. The event is chaired by Dr Susan Croft, writer and curator of Unfinished Histories.
Come and celebrate what women have achieved and be part of the future for theatre.
